Here are several frequently asked questions for you to get your answers. 


If you haven't found the question you have, then feel free to contact us

  • To register as an employer on our website - press "Join us" button in the main menu in the upper right corner. 
    Enter your username, email and other account information and click "Sign up" button. A confirmation email will be sent to the email you entered during registration.

    After registration, log into your account and fill your company profile with all required information.  


  • To post a job sign into your employer account. Then press "Post a job" button in your account dashboard and fill all fields in the job description. After that check all fields and press a "Post" button. 
    Congrats! 
  • We recommend selecting the Specialties that best fit your experience. You may select as many Specialties as you would like. These Specialties will be visible to employers using our site to find the best candidates for open roles.

    If you need assistance with selecting the right Specialties for your target job title, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you make the right selections.

  • In order to save your Job Preferences, please make sure to fill out your Job Title and Location on the Job Preferences page. You will also need to have at least one Specialty selected. Then, click Save.
  • To view your Resume, click on your photo in the upper right-hand corner of any screen, and select Resume in the drop-down menu.

    By default the recruiter will be able to see the resume you have posted on our site, you can disallow appearance of your profile in search.

  • We have employers that post new opportunities directly on our site and we also have a team of Job Analysts who bring jobs to you with a link to the hiring company's website. You'll be able to sign into your account on DNA325 to see all relevant positions for you without having to then search on individual company websites.


    Please note: Employers that contact you through Ladders should never ask you for money, credit card information, or bank account information. If such a case arises, please send an email to team@dna325.com immediately and we will investigate the matter for you.


  • Click the back or return button / arrow in your web browser to return to your search results after looking at a job description.

  • Enter your search criteria in the boxes provided


    Optional: personalize your search with filters on the right side, and narrow down your results by specialism and by location.


  • You can sort your search results by date posted, vacancy type or by specialism.
