- A visible track record in Business Development for the mobile and web development industries, especially in Web3;
- Offline and online networking skills;
- At least 3 years of sales experience;

- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze;
- Understanding digital and technical trends is fundamental.
Responsibilities:
- Generating new leads through your own network or marketing digital tools;
- Participating in offline events on behalf of LAB325;
- Recognizing new markets for opportunities.
