Symphony Agency is seeking a creative go-getter to serve as an in-house Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to maximize our demand generation campaign conversion rates. This individual will spend time working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively with a team.
Demonstrated optimization testing experience is required. We are seeking strong performers with a track record of success that need an environment where they can have an impact and thrive. The job covers optimizing landing pages, funnels, and eCommerce stores by collecting data, making theories and working with our copywriters and developers to make these tests. This is a senior position so if you perform well we will hire juniors underneath.
- Work with our media buyers to gather initial conversion rates;
- Design experiments to boost conversion rates;
- Work with our developers to run those experiments;
- Observe the results of those experiments and iterate based on them.
- 2-3+ years’ experience in an online optimization testing role (Conversion Rate Optimization) required;
- Must have experience optimizing eCommerce stores built on Shopify or Magento / WordPress;
- Must have experience using any of the tools: optimizely, convert.com, google optimize, VWO;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, computer science, information systems, marketing, or another quantitative field is desired but not required;
- Upper-Intermediate or better English-speaking and writing skills;
- Working knowledge of site optimization, usability or UX, campaign, and channel optimization.
