SupportYourApp is looking for a talented, goal-oriented, punctual, diligent, committed and decent person to join us as a Customer Support Specialist to provide high-level quality support for outstanding IT projects.


  • Fluent English (French/German as a 2nd language will be a great plus)
    Analytical & Research Skills
    Customer oriented and responsible attitude
    Stress resistance

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with CRM systems/SaaS
    Experience with native speakers
    International exchange programs participation
    Customer service skills and experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Resolve basic to complex support issues for customer inquiries received via omni-channel support (emails, live chat)
    Become a product expert and provide documentation updates to our knowledge base
    Ensure customers’ satisfaction
