MOB325 is a Mobile Product company. MOB325 products refer to cognitive, behavioral, and emotional well-being. The portfolio includes 2 products in Fitness and Wellbeing niches. 

Now we are looking for a Growth Marketing manager responsible for the acquisition, activation and retention of members for a new high value subscription mobile app.

Success in this role will require experience in acquisition, activation and retention of users within a mobile app with the goal of driving lower funnel events. Subscription lifecycle management is a big plus.

This role will work across paid, earned and owned channels, including but not limited to social, search, display, video, partnerships, influencers, email and website conversion optimization.

This is a supporting role that will collaborate and execute on a strategic vision together with the Head of Marketing & Growth. We’re not a big team and we’ll work creatively & collaboratively together. We all bring ideas to the table and we build on them to bring them to life.


  • You’ve got 2-5 years of experience under your belt in growth marketing for an app;
  • You’re an organized, diligent, and earnest marketer with an orientation towards detail and the capability to analyze and articulate campaign performance against specific business goals;
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests of ad sets, landings and texts;
  • You crave data — always curious about how and why things work and why sometimes they don’t;
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc. will be a plus;
  • You are understanding of the specifics of working with traffic; working experience with MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, Singular, etc.);
  • You are passionate about putting value and purpose first at every touch point;
  • You’re so good in English, from B1.


  • launch and optimize advertising campaigns worldwide on different advertising platforms: Facebook Ads, Google, Snap, Apple Search Ads (ASA), etc.;
  • work on monetizing and increasing LTV / CAC of our iOS and Android apps;
  • hypothesize and conduct many experiments with onboarding, subscriptions, and other parts of the conversion funnel;
  • supervise UA creatives production (texts, graphics, video);
  • creating visually appealing dashboards with BI/ Analytics tools;
  • market researching and benchmarking;
  • working with 3rd party services and tools;
  • audience engagement and value through the life of a subscription;
  • build, measure and optimize member communications for subscription renewal.
