Head of Digital Marketing (B2C) SuperDataScience

Job Overview
We are looking for a talented, driven, inventive Head of Digital Marketing who will find ingenious ways to use paid advertising as well as leverage our existing audience to bring more people into our platform. In other words, to generate more subscriptions to our B2C Membership platform.
As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be in charge of building out and leading the marketing team. However, at present we don’t have a marketing team. Moreover, we are a boot-strapped startup and we like to run lean. This means that you need to be prepared to be very hands-on at the start. Once you are able to build out a marketing funnel with a positive ROI, we will use the revenue it generates to hire more members for your marketing team.
You will be in charge of paid advertising, SEO, evergreen funnels, one-off promotions to our lists of subscribers, working with external promotion partners. In addition, you will have the mandate to find and rapidly grow new marketing channels such as video, podcasts, books, webinars, virtual events.
We truly believe in our product, we put our heart and soul into it and we want to help more people learn Data Science and AI – professions of the future. Thus, we need someone who knows marketing and can lead a marketing team to bring our products to the World.

Skills & experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing
  • Of them, at least 3 years of experience in B2C Membership Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience leading marketing teams
  • You will need solid evidence that you know this area of marketing like the back of your hand
  • Tangible results: we want to see numbers. How much % ROI, how much $$ value did you create in your previous roles?


  • Out-of-the box thinking – we want to know what genius ideas you’ve come up with before
  • Moreover, what genius ideas do you already have for us? Do your research, show your passion
  • Drive. Drive. Drive. You have to unstoppable. Nothing comes between you and the result you’ve set
  • Over-achiever. We want to see evidence that hitting your KPI is not enough for you – you always strive for and get more
  • Autonomy. Like all of the roles in our team, this one is remote. From your application we would like to see that you are able to work remotely and deliver results
  • Skilled leader. We want to know how you’ve resolved conflicts in the past, what productivity / collaboration tools did you bring to your team, how did you help members grow?
