Working with US-based companies since 2016, Pharmbills is a back-office workforce company, integrating seamlessly with its clients’ teams. We hire and train English-speaking university graduates in Ukraine to work in a variety of back-office positions from data entry and customer service to billing and account payables. As a service-driven company with a focus on excellence in performance, we pride ourselves on long term client relationships and high levels of client satisfaction. The company is headquartered in Odesa, Ukraine, with a second, recently opened, office in Kharkiv.

We are looking to hire a Recruiter to execute the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions opened in US-based client organizations. This position is for someone who loves communication, can learn fast, and always delivers high-quality work. Making sure our clients can get the best service possible. That’s our #1 priority. You will be a brand ambassador facing the market as well as clients.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing applicants from multiple sources as well as approaching passive candidates;
  • Executing full-cycle recruitment;
  • Scheduling interviews with C-level management of Pharmbills, as well as clients;
  • Working on constant improvements of the current process.

Requirements

  • Happy and Positive Person
  • 1+ experience in recruitment

  • Strong attention to details
  • Client-obsession 
  • Experience working with CRM systems and/or ATS is a plus.
