Job Overview

  • Managing teams of engineers on a day-to-day basis within the Scrum framework;
  • Facilitating communication with the Product Owner and engineering team on requirements, priorities, and delivery milestones;
  • Requirements decomposition facilitation, scope items estimation, and WBS development;
  • Performing risk assessment, gathering project health metrics;
  • Reviewing technical specifications and architecture documentation, facilitating communication with the architecture team on identified discrepancies or potential risks;
  • Project scope management, timely identification of scope changes, analyzing their impact on schedule and budget, proper communication to the Change Review Board and project stakeholders;
  • Controlling project progress against defined and agreed milestones; project status reporting;
  • Regular team performance review, timely identification, and removal of roadblocks on the team’s way to success.
