Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Team Lead for the leading Israeli software development company specializing in Web & Mobile development and design for leading brands and high profile startups in Israel and around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Training technical personnel;
- Delegating work and assignments to team members;
- Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems;
- Analyzing users’ needs and then finding creative technical solutions;
- Working with goals and KPIs;
- Supervising system modifications;
- Conducting audits to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of extensive SW development experience;
- 4+ years of experience in the role of Tech/Team leader – must;
- Experience in web-based development with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React) and NodeJs;
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills;
- Practical knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Experience with micro-services design and development;
- Strong system design skills;
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies, tools, and practices;
- Excellent personal skills, collaboration, teamwork, and strong interface work.
