 This is a role which will see you working across departments and projects, meaning no two days are the same and flexibility is key. The ideal candidate will excel in developing long term technical orientated relationships with Iomob clients and mobility service provider (MSP) partners, from supporting the sales team with technical pre-sales, supporting our clients to integrate our API/SDK, assessing MSP partner APIs, helping to support MSP integration into our platform and continued long term engagement with our client’s & MSP technical teams to ensure we are ahead of the curve for any updates.

The role’s key responsibility will be to ensure that our technical touch points with our clients and MSPs operate smoothly; this will initially focus on operational integration, but may also include data exchange, interfacing with customer service tools or supporting financial integrations. 

The role will also encompass the monitoring and reporting of technical SLAs, in the future the support of our MSP self-service portal and help with the planning and organization of our own or MSP and client API/SDK upgrades.


  • 2 or more years of experience in technical account management or similar role;
  • Proven relationship development skills;
  • Technically and commercially curious;
  • Ability to present technical concepts and comfortably converse with internal and external technical teams;
  • Experience in working in/for technical projects with APIs and SDKs;
  • Good communication skills in English required & Spanish (Desired);
  • Knowledge of API services, system environments, information security and technical project management;
  • Good prioritization and organizational skills;
  • Previously worked in a start-up growth company;
  • Some international business experience;
  • Must be inquisitive, articulate, and have excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Must be interested in sustainability, mobility, and working for a dynamic growth company where the only certainty is that the job will evolve;
  • Flexible working location but preferably able to commute to our London or Barcelona office 2-3 times a week.
