Invisible, a growing and innovative IT company, has an immediate need for a Technical Support Engineer. On this position, you will work directly with our international partners.
We design, develop and sell our own products to integrate the personal environment of users with the corporate environment. Our products are bought by leading vendors such as Oracle, SAP,, Deltek, NetSuite, SugarCRM and others. In addition, we are technology partners with Microsoft and IBM (real, not at the MSDN purchase level). More than half a million users from thousands of companies around the world (such as Boeing, eBay, Honeywell, Volvo, ComputerShare, Navistar, and others) use the products of our company.

Comfortable office in the heart of Kyiv near the Olympiyska station with a comfy terrace and a breathtaking view, possible business trips several times a year to our customers which are located in Europe and the US, a convenient work schedule 11 to 20/ 5 days a week, constant positive atmosphere, friendly co-workers and adequate and loyal managers are included.

Required skills and qualifications:
– Fluent English, both verbal and written, since you will be closely cooperating with our foreign customers
– IT education
– At least 3+ years of experience on a similar position (application support in a software development company)
– Our product is mostly based on Microsoft solutions, so we need a specialist with demonstrated Windows desktop OS troubleshooting skills and MS Outlook knowledge
– Experience with Jira and Confluence
– Experience with application logs investigation and interpretation

– Cloud services support experience
– Understanding of CRM / ERP / Business applications
– Experience in technical documents writing (in English)
– Basic XML knowledge
– Knowledge of JavaScript

The main duties:
– Providing the 2nd line of technical support for the company’s software products
– Direct collaboration with the company’s technology partners and customers from the US and EU
– Documentation of support tickets in the company’s knowledge base
