Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer;
- A stellar portfolio of work demonstrating proven experience in creating effective UCD solutions with measurable results;
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences, so that everyone understands;
- Great experience in creating interview summaries, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and other user experience artifacts;
- Ability to plan, own and implement user research strategies and methodologies, as well as discover user behaviors and patterns using quantitative and qualitative research;
- Experience using tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Miro, user testing tools, etc.;
- Proven ability to work across a multidisciplinary team environment. Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams;
- Strong eye for visual solutions, experience with creating and using complex design systems;
- Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS that informs design and interaction decisions, would be a great addition.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders and software developers to create innovative design solutions that impact thousands of users;
- Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods;
- Present and defend your design decisions clearly and based on facts;
- Deliver end-to-end design using market analysis, site data, customer feedback, user research, and technical constraints/opportunities to inform design decisions;
- Translate complex customer interactions into simple, engaging UCD solutions.
